Membership Renewals Phase Two - Staged Payments Facility
The Munster Rugby supporters club are continually improving their membership renewal process for their members each year.
This year in light of the economic conditions, they introduced a staged payment facility where members pay their membership subscription and season tickets in three instalments over three months. This has been a much welcomed payment plan for supporters who are feeling a cash pinch in these times.
And to avoid any other upheaval, the system even allowed supporters the option of purchasing tickets in the same seat location they held the year before.
